Feds Are Investigating 3 Georgia School Systems Over How They Handled Sexual Misconduct Cases
The U.S. Department of Education is investigating DeKalb County, Richmond County, and Savannah-Chatham County over whether they let employees accused of sexual misconduct quietly move to new jobs, a practice known as 'passing the trash.' All three districts say they follow the law.
