Prosecutors say Pennsylvania football players charged Black teammates a 'Black tax' to use the locker room
Three Manheim Central High School students are charged after prosecutors say they made Black teammates pay a "Black tax" to enter the football locker room and assaulted a 16-year-old. A teacher is charged with failing to report the abuse after two students told him about it in April.
