High school students take Regents Examinations in core subjects (ELA, Algebra I, Living Environment, etc.) which are required for a Regents diploma.

It is the percentage of students at the school who scored at Level 3 ("Proficient") or Level 4 ("Excels at Standards") on the 3-8 test, or at the passing threshold (65 or above) on a Regents Examination.
