Delete Data
Use this page to permanently delete your allk12 account and associated data. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your email address, username, display name, avatar, and bio
- Any linked third-party logins (Google)
- Your notifications
- Your school ratings (hidden from public averages)
What happens to your posts and comments
To preserve the integrity of discussion threads, your posts and comments are marked deleted and re-attributed to a generic [deleted] placeholder. Your username and profile data are stripped out. If you need specific posts or comments fully removed for legal or safety reasons, email [email protected] with the URLs after you delete your account.
What we may retain
- Minimal records required to enforce bans against abusive accounts
- Server access logs on a rolling 30-day window
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Records required by law, tax, or legal process
Can't access your account?
If you signed up with Google and can no longer sign in, or if you are a parent or legal guardian requesting deletion on behalf of a child under 13 (COPPA), email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. We process verifiable requests within 30 days, and in no case later than 45 days.
